Our Organisational Structure
1 Project Support Unit (PSU)
Project Support Unit (PSU)
Based in Birendranagar, the PSU consists of the project technical assistance (TA) team, including the project management.
7 Technical Support Units (TSUs)
Cluster-level offices located close to local governments to provide field presence and technical support on engineering and natural resource management.
41 Local Governments with LACC Project Staff
In each municipality we work in, we have a number of dedicated staff covering different project sectors who are working for the implementation of LACC Project activities.
