The European Union (EU): Providing the funding of 18 million euro.
The Government of Nepal: Contributing 10 million euro from the federal budget.
The Communities: The people themselves are co-investors, contributing an estimated 5 million euro in cash and kind.
The Government of Finland: Providing the funding of 13 million euro.
Local & Provincial Governments: 41 municipalities are directly investing 5 MEUR from their own budgets, with additional funding from provincial governments.
